Our app does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information, including:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Postal address
• Photos or videos of you
• Biometric data (e.g., fingerprints, facial recognition)

No user registration or login is required—no usernames, passwords, or social media credentials are ever requested.

2. Information We May Collect

To enable ticket verification and app improvements, we collect no data at all if you use your own scan url:

• Scanned Ticket Data
  • Ticket codes, barcodes, or QR codes you scan
  • Timestamp of each scan
• Technical & Usage Data
  • Device model, OS version, and app version
  • Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., number of scans per session, feature usage patterns)

All data is strictly non-identifying and cannot be tied back to any individual.

3. How We Use Collected Data

• Core Functionality: Verify tickets and display scan results in real time.
• App Improvement: Analyze trends, diagnose errors, and plan new features.
• Analytics: Generate aggregated, anonymized usage reports.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

• We never sell, rent, or trade any personal data.
• We do not share any PII—because we do not collect any.
• We may use third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics) that process only anonymized usage data under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Data Retention

• Scanned Ticket Records: When you use your own scan url, nothing is stored on our servers.
• Anonymous Usage Logs: No usage records are stored on our servers if you use your own scan url.

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to request removal.
